We are looking for a skilled Omnichannel Automation Specialist to join our team and provide consulting services to one of our key clients in the pharmaceutical sector. The selected consultant will play a critical role in supporting the global Campaign Automation team and the Next Best Action (NBA) Centre of Excellence by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of omnichannel campaigns across marketing medical and market access functions.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and translate campaign requirements into effective automation workflows.
- Build and optimize technical configurations within tools such as Zaidyn Orchestration Centre Salesforce Marketing Cloud Unica or similar.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of omnichannel campaigns aligned with global standards.
- Perform quality checks simulations UATs and troubleshooting of campaign configurations.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Stewards to ensure data availability for campaign targeting and reporting.
- Provide feedback and actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to process optimization and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Act as a point of contact for automation tool enhancements and collaborate with IT and third-party vendors.
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing IT Life Sciences or a related field.
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in campaign automation and omnichannel marketing.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Zaidyn Salesforce Marketing Cloud Unica).
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel.
- Familiarity with Veeva CRM/Vault and AWS querying tools is a plus.
- Strong skills in campaign testing quality assurance and workflow troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder collaboration mindset.
- Experience working in global environments and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA Confluence) is desirable.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
