We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor based in our Sydney office. Reporting into the Head of Talent and Performance this is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially minded HR professional to join a passionate and dedicated team. We are supportive of flexibility and offer a balance of remote and officebased working.
What you will do
- Providing advice to Partners and Managers on employee relations issues workplace policies performance management talent management recruitment and remuneration;
- Ensuring the smooth running of all HR operations throughout the calendar year;
- Facilitating the annual performance and reward life cycle;
- Mentoring and coaching two junior HR team members; and
- Working collaboratively with the wider team on HR projects and activities in line with wider firm strategies.
Who you are
- Hold a tertiary qualification in a HR or related degree;
- Strong business partnering experience preferably within a professional services environment;
- Demonstrated experience managing ER cases and exposure to performance and reward processes;
- Excellent relationship building influencing and problem solving; and
- A strong commercial acumen high level of attention to detail and quality focus.
