Job Description
Title: Communications Adjunct Instructor
Salary Range: $640.00 per credit hour

Job Summary
The Humanities Division has openings to teach Hybrid Online or on campus sections of COM 181 or COM 252 at multiple Jefferson Campuses.
Job Duties:
The primary responsibilities of these positions are to teach courses maintain some office hours for mentoring and coaching students success and retention activities and utilization of a learning management system such as Blackboard for communication and feedback.
Please note that this is an adjunct pool. We will only contact applicants as needed for classes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Eighteen graduate hours in the teaching discipline and a Masters degree or a Masters degree in the teaching discipline required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates who have experience with intersectional inclusive instruction and with a demonstrated ability to incorporate diverse perspectives into teaching and student engagement are encouraged to identify those experiences in the application materials.
