RPAS Instructor Lead the Future of Aviation Training

What Youll Do:
- Delivering and assessing CASA-compliant RePL and non-accredited RPAS training.
- Facilitating engaging hands-on theory and flight sessions across multiple RPAS categories.
- Providing individualised coaching and learner support including for those with LLN needs.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of course content and training materials.
- Maintaining accurate CASA-compliant documentation.
- Supporting occasional operational flights (e.g. SAR demos test flights).
- Assisting the Chief Remote Pilot (CRP) with general duties.
- Travelling interstate for training delivery (up to one week at a time).
About You:
Essential
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or CASA FIR / tertiary teaching quals).
- CASA Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) Multi-Rotor (sub 25kg minimum).
- CASA AROC.
- EVLOS or NVLOS experience.
- Solid understanding of CASA RPAS regulations.
- Proven background in aviation training both practical and classroom-based.
- Willingness and ability to obtain IREX or BVLOS qualifications.
Desirable
- Endorsements in Medium Category or Powered Lift.
- BVLOS (OCTA or IREX).
- Familiarity with RPAS platforms/software (e.g. DJI Pilot Mission Planner Ardupilot).
