Our client seeks an experiencedLead Solution Architect / Lead Technical Project Managerto manage the technical integration and operational relationships with key resellers including mobile carriers and top streaming platforms. Youll lead the endtoend technical review and integration of bundling solutions focusing on delivering under fastpaced timelines with limited resources. In this role youll assess technical capabilities build partnerships and oversee seamless integration across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct deepdive analyses and solution designs with resellers ensuring the technical setup meets each merchants unique requirements including handling complex and custom integrations.
- Lead the full project lifecyclefrom initial scoping and project planning to managing tasks and schedules while addressing change requests and limiting scope creep.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to streamline processes manage resources and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
- Act as the communication hub for project progress changes and any issues across resellers merchants and internal departments.
- Act as the primary escalation point for any integration issues resolving challenges swiftly and maintaining project continuity.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team by providing technical expertise to support new business opportunities.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 8 years of project management experience specifically managing API integrations within time budget and scope.
- Fintech payments or mobile industry experience preferred.
- Proven leadership with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of REST SOAP integrations and SQL with expertise in Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Datadriven analytical and able to thrive in a fastpaced adaptive work environment.
- Comfortable diving into project details when necessary with a focus on delivering toptier results.
- Strong written and verbal skills for both business and technical communications.
