UX Design ManagerWhat does a successful UX Design Manager do
As a UX Design Manager you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how users interact with our financial technology products which include web and mobile softwares and embedded UIs on payment hardware. You will lead a team of UX designers and researchers working closely with crossfunctional partners including product management engineering business marketing and finance. Your focus will be on creating usercentered designs that enhance the overall customer journey and meet business objectives.

What you will do:
Lead the UX design and research process endtoend.
Collaborate with stakeholders to influence strategic decisions and establish a design vision that aligns with business goals.
Conduct user research to gain insights into customer behavior ensuring designs are based on user needs.
Develop low and highfidelity mockups wireframes and prototypes that communicate design concepts effectively to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the UX team.
Mentor and guide junior designers fostering their professional growth and ensuring alignment with Fiservs business goals.
What you need to have:
Bachelors degree
10 years of experience in user experience design and userbased research methods with a proven track record of impactful design work.
What would be nice to have:
Degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field.
Experience in the Financial Technology Payments Banking or Financial Services industry.
