The salary for this role is 12.36 and up to 13.53 across selected locations within London. No previous experience required & full training will be provided

About the role
As a Healthcare Sales Assistant your role will be to deliver complete care by giving advice on healthcare products and services.
You will also:
- Provide holistic healthcare advice helping our customers and patients to make appropriate choices about health and wellness products and services
- Talk with and approach customers using The Boots Healthcare Way to ensure they have a choice of solutions and the right advice to meet their needs
- Be the stores health and wellbeing ambassador keeping up to date with the latest products and topics in the health and wellness world
- Embrace and promote the Boots omnichannel offering and signpost customers and patients to further solutions (e.g. Pharmacy Services Online Doctor Boots)
- Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
- Refer patients to an appropriate healthcare professional as necessary (e.g. Pharmacist)
What youll need to have

- Empathetic and able to interact sensitively

- Salesdriven and focused on delivering a great customer experience
- You will be an ambassador for the Boots brand with desiring to learn about everything health
- You will be prepared to complete a Healthcare training Programme at NVQ2 or equivalent
