PAID INTERNSHIP
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation & Storytelling
Capture and produce highquality photography and videography to support internal and external messaging.
Edit video and photo content for use across digital platforms and internal communications.
Design visual content including graphics and presentation materials.
Assist in writing compelling stories and content that highlight our employees culture and community efforts.
Event Coordination
Support planning and of employee community and talent events such as:
Facility toursLunch & LearnsCareer fairsCommunity outreach events
Social Media & Brand Management
Assist with managing and growing Crests presence across social media platforms.
Contribute to social media calendars campaign planning and realtime content coverage.
Ensure brand consistency across visual and written materials.
Employee Communication & Engagement
Support internal communications initiatives such as the monthly employee newsletter digital signage companywide surveys and special projects.
Help coordinate employee recognition and engagement events.
Support the companywide internship program through storytelling planning and communication support.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including HR Marketing and Talent Development teams.
Assist with special projects as assigned by the Crest Communications team.
Support research and benchmarking to inform creative campaigns and strategy development.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing Graphic Design Journalism or a related field.
Ideal candidate is acollege sophomore or juniorwith interest in a multiyear internship experience.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite Canva or similar design tools preferred.
Experience with photo/video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
Strong written communication skills required.
