Job Description
Signal Tru Brand is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Communications Coordinator to join our growing team in Birmingham AL. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong writing project management and communication skills who can help us implement and maintain effective internal and external communications strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and distribute internal and external communications materials including press releases newsletters and company announcements.
Coordinate communication efforts across departments to ensure consistent messaging.
Support media relations by maintaining media contact lists and monitoring coverage.
Assist in the planning and execution of events meetings and public engagements.
Conduct research and create reports to support communication campaigns.
Ensure branding and tone consistency across all communication platforms.
Track communication metrics and prepare performance reports for leadership.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or related field.
13 years of experience in a communications or coordination role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with project tracking and document management tools is a plus.
