About the area
Core Business Retail Concept is assigned to protect expand and develop the IKEA Concept and the IKEA Brand in existing and new markets. This includes sharing IKEA knowledge and learning across the franchise system.
Retail Concept consists of the following four areas: Brand & Marketing Expansion Learning and Retail Experience.
About the job
In this role you will empower and enable the IKEA community of media specialists to build powerful media plans and campaigns that drive IKEA brand performance and business growth.
You will be the creative force behind designing Media performance methodologies and frameworks that inspire and drive adoption across IKEA markets. Your focus will be on Marketing mix modelling (Econometrics) incremental testing and attribution models. Youll collaborate closely with franchisees our Retail Concept and Enabling Functions such as insights and digital teams as well as essential partners.
Part of your responsibilities are to support and work with the franchisees in implementing the defined solutions applying the Media guidelines enabling and sharing media performance learning across the franchise system.
You will lead and work closely together with peers across the totality of Retail Concept and across IKEA to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer.
About you
You are experienced in using adopting and developing Econometric modelling as one of the cornerstones for the development of media strategies and plans principles and guidelines.
If you have deep knowledge of the media industry strong experience in managing media partners at regional/global level and in setting up Media measurement frameworks this is the right job for you.

This role is full-time (40-hours per week) and based in Delft role sits in Brand and Marketing and reports to the Brand and Marketing Manager.
