Job Description

Reporting to Manager Curing & Final Finish this position is responsible for ensuring the outgoing quality of the customer and fulfill the customer requirements as per GY standards.
Lead the Curing & final finishing team & conduct the audits to sustain the quality of the product as per customer requirements.
Process & Outgoing Quality:
Responsible to Lead the Curing & Final Finishing team.
Coordination with QA team along with Internal & External Customers.
Handling Internal & External Audits & to work on opportunities with action Level4.
Implementation of QA systems on shop floor & ensure adherence of the systems.
Training to QA inspectors & enhance their skill to improve inspection. (Visual Inspection).
Supporting & Coordinating CQAE to fulfill customer requirement as per goodyears guideline.
Handling External customers expectations & their Opportunities to improve.
Technical Aspects:
Responsible for CT/GT waste reduction & improve the process with action Level4 (PokaYoke)
Process Expert in tire Uniformity Balancing & Curing.
Should Know Impact of Curing UF &Balance Mcs on Uniformity.
Expert in Microsoft Office. (Specially Excel & Power point)
Plant Optimization:
Leading Curing & Final Finish plant optimization mainly QA pillar & supporting other pillars as well.
Leading DMAIC projects & Curing FF team for the projects related Waste reduction & UF Yield improvement.
Achieving KPIs & KGIs through the plant optimization.
Collaborating with Supply chain teams for building smooth flow.
Developing & maintaining the quality documents.
Ensuring Compliance with regulatory requirements & implementing quality control processes.
Responsible for Layer process audits & its closure within the Business center
