Our client a leading global strategy consulting firm is seeking a talented (Senior) Strategy Manager to join their dynamic team in Belgium. With a strong reputation for excellence and innovation our client shapes the future of business for toptier clients across the world. In this role you will bring your expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to impactful projects and drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead complex strategy consulting projects with a focus on Energy & Utilities or Telecommunications sectors.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement transformative strategies that drive client growth and success.
- Industry Insight: Stay up to date with industry trends providing indepth analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor and coach junior team members helping them develop their skills and reach their potential.
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients delivering exceptional value and surpassing expectations.
- Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting in proposal creation.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: At least 5 years of strategy consulting experience or relevant corporate strategy expertise in the Energy & Utilities or Telecommunications industries.
- Language Skills: Native proficiency in French or Dutch with strong proficiency in English.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to problemsolving.
