The Outside Sales Rep must have the ability to become knowledgeable of the assigned territory including;
Other responsibilities include contacting new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services; emphasizing product features based on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations; negotiating prices and terms of sales and service agreements; and preparing sales contracts.
