The Opportunity

Are you ready to drive value and business growth at Hitachi Energy We are seeking a Factory IT Site Delivery Manager for our Jefferson City Factory. In this role you will be responsible for delivering IT solutions and services consulting with business leaders and ensuring the seamless operation of IT infrastructure and applications. As the key point of escalation you will manage vendor relationships lead site IT professionals and ensure that service delivery processes meet organizational objectives. How Youll Make an Impact

  • Manage the Site IT team and resources.

  • Act as a point of contact for IT suppliers and CDC teams.

  • Oversee ticket management triage and escalation.

  • Provide onsite infrastructure support and delivery.

  • Maintain governance and security onsite.

  • Collect and manage business requirements for the factory/office.

  • Lead IT build project management.

  • Ensure OT asset IT/OT cybersecurity operational management.

Your Background

  • Education: Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering preferred or 10 years of experience in Information Systems.

  • Work Authorization: Must have authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in IT with at least 2 years in an IT management role.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English with good local language skills relevant to the major country of responsibility.

  • Manufacturing Operations: Familiarity with manufacturing operations methods processes and change management is an advantage.

  • Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple shifts of IT resources in a factory environment.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Products (Excel Word SharePoint Teams Outlook) SNOW Service Now Enterprise IT Management Platform Microsoft DevOps Microsoft Azure SAP S4Hana Information/Data & Analytics/Business Intelligence ITIL L6S PM/Agile PM and COBIT.
