Job Description
Manufacturing / Shop Worker
Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design manufacture and install a complete line of custom closets pantries home office furniture wallbeds garage cabinetry and more. We desire motivated organized caring individuals who have a passion to provide outstanding craftsmanship and superior customer service.
We are currently searching for a Manufacturing / Shop Worker to join our growing team. As a Manufacturing / Shop Worker you will manufacture our home organization systems using woodworking machinery and hand tools.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Understand company product lines quality standards and assembly techniques
- Operate machinery and tools in a safe manner
- Maintain shop equipment according to maintenance schedule
- Additional tasks or projects as assigned by Shop Foreman
Job Requirements
- Experience with hand tools preferred
- Experience with CNC and/or woodworking machinery a plus
- Experience with 32mm cabinet systems a plus
- Quality conscious
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
- Team oriented
- Honest and reliable
