Hiring Area Manager(Anywhere in South)
Experience:15 years
Education:Any Graduate
Age:38 to 42 years
Role:Area Manager
Industry:Retail
Locations:BangaloreChennai Vijayawada
Key Responsibilities:
- Handles multiple DCs.
- Ensure all processes are followed for timely opening & closing of DC : Accurate Receiving Picking Sorting GRN Loading etc.
- Should be system savy and exposure of handling SAP WMS.
- To ensure total coordination between various departments in the DC by following the warehouse process.
- Apply knowledge of rules & regulations related to laws like FSSAI Legal Metrology Labour Laws etc. while Liasoning with various govt officials & departments.
- Has to Train & Develop team members.
- Has strong vendor management skills has excellent Numerical ability and can do data analysis to arrive at different scenarios. Is very high on integrity & discipline. Needs interpersonal skills and should be able to coordinate with different departments in the DC. Has a flair for handling people. Reporting to GM SCM.
Required Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
