Duties & Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering OR Software Development
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in either:
- Software Development OR
- Data Analytics OR
- Plant Operations in a manufacturing environment
- PowerApps and PowerBI knowledge (musthave)
- Exposure to Database Administration & Data Privacy
- Business Analysis & Project Management experience
- Advantageous: Azure/AWS Data Analytics Systems Integration Manufacturing environment exposure
Key Performance Areas (KPAs):
- Support and maintain the digital portfolio within the business
- Help endusers develop their own PowerApps & PowerBI reports
- Analyse data to drive business insights
- Document processes & reporting
- Administer databases & ensure data privacy
- Monitor system performance and alignment with business goals
- Provide firstline ICT support
- Manage vendor relationships & contracts
- Develop and deliver user training for digital tools
- Assist with ICT clerical functions and budgeting processes
