As our development team grows and our products scale we are transitioning from manual testing to an automated approach. This is where you come in.
As a QA automation engineer you will play a key role in establishing test automation at Sdui. Youll collaborate closely with developers and product teams to build a reliable scalable and efficient test automation framework while continuously improving testing processes. If you enjoy solving complex challenges experimenting with new ideas and shaping automation strategies this is the perfect role for you!

Your ToDos
- Accelerate our transition from manual testing to a scalable maintainable test automation framework.
- Develop and maintain automated endtoend tests usingCypressandPlaywright.
- Design test strategies aligned withCI/CD pipelines ensuring fast and reliable feedback loops.
- Advocate for and implementBehaviorDriven Development (BDD)where appropriate.
- Establish best practices fortest automation frameworks ensuring maintainability and scalability.
- Collaborate with developers product managers and DevOps to integrate testing into the development lifecycle.
- Monitor test analyze failures and continuously refine the automation strategy.
- Coach team members on test automation principles and quality best practices.
Your Skills
- Solid experience in QA automation within an Agile development environment.
- Handson expertise withCypress and Playwrightfor endtoend testing.
- Strong programming skills inJavaScript or TypeScriptto write maintainable test scripts.
- Good understanding ofCI/CD pipelines test automation integration and debugging workflows.
- Familiarity withBDD methodologiesand testdriven development principles.
- Experience designing and implementingscalable test automation frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to drive continuous testing improvements.
- Proactive independent mindset with the ability totake ownershipof automation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with developers product managers and other stakeholders.
