Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs Educate clients on policy options empowering them to make informed decisions Complete sales cycle from prospecting to policy approval to annual follow-ups Stay informed about industry trends and product advancements Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team


    Qualifications:

    Active Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one we provide guidance) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic computer skills for CRM and client management Technical device to conduct business laptop/iPad/desktop
