Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- After successful completion of training phase you will be able to manage and assist the team in the development of the IT projects concept products processes)
- IT consulting projects for national and international clients across diverse markets where the level and range of responsibilities depending on the role
- Defining customer needs working out of concepts and the implementation of IT and process solutions
- Career paths leading in the direction of implementation consulting and project management
Your profile
- Degree in computer science business business administration information management or equivalent
- Few or more years of experience in development and/or consulting and/or project business with focus on HR IT projects
- You have adequate practical knowledge in programming you have a desire and willingness to learn about HRIT applications or to work in risk management business process management information security areas;
- High degree at service orientation and customer excellence with solutionoriented thinking and efficient method of working
- You have excellent communication skills with innovative entrepreneurial and cando mindset
- You are flexible and motivated and have a structured way of working;
- You are a team player with strong communication skills
- Team competence and high degree of selfinitiative and independence
- Excellent language skills in German and English Language
