Court of Protection Solicitor South Manchester (Hybrid)
Take ownership of an established COP caseload with autonomy and flexibility

A highly regarded South Manchester firm is looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor to take on an existing caseload and help shape the future of their offering in this area.
This is a brandnew position created to support the continued growth of the private client department and alleviate COPrelated work currently handled by the wills and probate team. Youll step into an established caseload of around 25 deputyships and 15 attorneyships and work closely with senior leadership to develop the firms Court of Protection practice further.

Court of Protection solicitor with 3 PQE
Confident managing a COP caseload independently
