The role

Ecogee are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to support and deliver retrofit works across SHDF contracts in the Northwest.

The right fit

  • The successful applicant should have experience within the retrofit industry and have a good understanding of PAS 2035:2023 retrofit standards.
  • You should be used to working with housing associations to deliver programmes of work along with ensuring health and safety procedures are followed.
  • Technical understanding and being able to review and interpret drawings & specifications.
  • Have experience of programming works and monitoring the construction programme.
  • Have experience of holding client meetings along with providing up to date reports which include progress on site completed and outstanding works quality H&S access/customer issues etc.
  • Ability to plan control & manage site supervision & labour across multiple sites.
  • Be responsible for ensuring works are carried out to PAS 2035:2023 standards including compliance evidence to ensure works are correct and can be signed off for funding & warranty purposes.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
