Job Description
- Role Overview:
The Governance Lead is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Governance Framework managing document control and compliance monitoring and assisting in contract governance and business continuity to ensure regulatory compliance operational resilience and alignment with organisational standards.
Key Performance Accountabilities:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their skills and experience in:
- Delivering and leading the of technical projects to achieve business goals
- Identifying risks resolving challenges and ensuring technical compliance
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and recommendations to nontechnical stakeholders
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to promote knowledge sharing
- Acting as the technical advisor to maintain adherence to ethical and compliance standards
- Using data analysis and insights to consider impacts of technical decisions balancing urgency with longterm sustainability and goals

Mandatory requirements
- Current unrestricted drivers licence relevant to the location in which this role is based
- Statewide travel as required to meet business needs
- Provision of a satisfactory National and International Police Check as required
- Provision of Working with Vulnerable People registration with a NDIS endorsement
- Provision of a satisfactory preemployment medical report
