Customer Service Representative (Onsite FullTime Painesville OH)
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and solving customer challenges Were looking for a dedicated and detailoriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Painesville Ohio. This fulltime onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers vendors and internal teams.
What Youll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Quote prices for standard products and determine product availability
Advise on delivery dates and shipping methods
Accurately enter and track purchase orders
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate proactively about order status and resolve any issues
Support internal reporting and assist with product launches
Maintain uptodate knowledge of products and assist customers with website navigation
What Were Looking For:
1 year of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting
Organized detailoriented and able to multitask in a highvolume environment
Comfortable learning new software and systems
U.S. citizenship required
Must pass background check and drug screening
