As we continue to grow we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and be a driving force behind our people strategies. In this role you will have the opportunity to collaborate with operational leaders and help shape an environment where engagement performance and continuous improvement thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Operational teams and Leaders: Work closely with operational managers to develop and execute HR strategies that align with our business goals and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Provide expert guidance on performance management employee relations compliance and ensure a fair inclusive workplace.
  • DataDriven Decisions: Leverage people metrics to provide datadriven insights guiding HR strategies and decisionmaking.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor: Foster open communication and create a positive work environment that promotes mutual respect and strong relationships at all levels.

About You

To thrive in this role you should possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a largescale logistics or bluecollar environment.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and industrial relations particularly within an EA framework.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster strong relationships at all levels.
  • A proactive resultsoriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced setting.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
