Job Title: Service Partner Enablement Operation Specialist - Enterprise Business
Job Location: Dsseldorf Germany

Main Responsibilities:
To support our Enterprise Business we are looking for a passionate team member who will be able to handle following tasks:
Responsible for partner operations:
1. Track capability development status of partners; support partner with promotion policies manage implementation and partner satisfaction management.
2. Participate and operate in the partner certification process; collect and manage relevant materials.
3. Oversee platform system operations.
4. Generate related reports.
Partner relationship support:
1. Schedule trainings/workshops according to partners requirements based on prior partner alignments coordinate related resources collect feedback.
2. Support to organize business partner and other stakeholder meetings.
Marketing activities support:
1. Plan and participate in partner marketing activities internal/external alignment etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor/masters in business administration / marketing / finance or other domain-related disciplines.
Interested in lCT technology domain area result-oriented to support business development success.
Good team player with can-do attitude excellent intercultural communication and coordination skills.
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluency in German and English is a must; Mandarin will be a plus.
