Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Operations Data Management Specialist to manage our CRM system and ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer data across our platforms. The ideal candidate will oversee data ownership reporting management and data validation processes ensuring comprehensive coverage of all accounts and seamless data integration.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
- Open and manage all Sold To and Ship To accounts promptly
- Support with a comprehensive Europewide data cleanup by reviewing all account and doorlevel information attributes
- Ensure 100 coverage of all active and prospective doors in CX360 to maintain a complete and accurate database
SellOut Data Roadmap & Implementation:
Report Management:
- Process all reporting efficiently through BPA & TE on a weekly & monthly basis
- Establish open communication with customers to ensure manual reports are sent consistently and promptly
Data Validation:
- Ensure data received from Wholesale Partners is accurateand maintained
- Collaborate with BPA/TE/Hana/Tableau teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity across all platforms
- Ensure 100 of sellout data is processed for monthly reports covering all customer information and PC9s
- Conduct weekly checks of all reports against manual data submissions to confirm the accuracy of transmitted data
Data Integration and Enhancement:
- Identify and implement additional sellout data connections to expand data reach and accuracy
- Conduct a full review of strategic and top accounts collaborating with the Sales Team to develop a comprehensive target list
- Partner with BPA/TE to onboard new customers maintaining positive customer communication throughout the onboarding process
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM management data analysisreporting.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to manage relationships with our teams and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the retail or wholesale industry with exposure to sellout data processes
- Familiarity with EDI reporting systems and CX360 platform management
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot data inconsistencies efficiently
