We are looking for an experienced Junior Accountant to join a growing business with different entities in the retail and services sectors. You would need to have a completed finance degree and bring with you five years of similar experience. If you enjoy an environment thats busy and growing give me a shout!
Responsibilities:
- Document financial transactions
- Process and perform daily reconciliations
- Process and perform monthly reconciliations of key balance sheet accounts
- Prepare payments
- Analyse and investigating annual and monthly financial accounts
- Maintain the administrative tasks associated with the accounting function
- Develop implement modify and document recordkeeping and accounting systems
Requirements:
- BCom degree in Financial Management Accounting or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the finance department
- Experience with Pastel Evolution advantageous
- Proficiency with MS Office and MS Excel
- Accurate Data capturing and attention to detail
