We are looking for a strong Finance professional to join LEGO in its exciting journey in Western Europe.

Core Responsibilities

• Act as the Finance Business Partner of Belgium Netherlands and Luxembourg (Benelux) Business Unit to support the BU in improving topline and bottom line performance

• Key member of Benelux leadership team

• Lead financial processes including annual target setting budget planning and inyear financial forecast

• Represent finance function in business steering meetings e.g. demand review business performance review) and secure topline and bottomline delivery with investment tradeoff choices

• Champion investment effectiveness and productivity programs supported by financial analysis and insight

• Gate keep credit limit decisions

• Drive strong financial governance including strengthening of internal control approach behaviors and processes

• Adhoc project suppor

This role will be part of the Markets & Channels Finance Business Partnering team a group of finance professionals who support markets and channels across the world to deliver The LEGO Groups vision and short term as well as long term business results. Specifically this role will be in the M&C Western Europe Finance Business Partnering team which is a dedicated diverse and fun team with member spread across various location but working seamlessly together on the same goal.

Do you have what it takes

• Proven work experience in Finance related areas

• Takes initiative recognizes and acts on opportunities with high degree of autonomy

• Strong data & analytics skill with proven track record of using data to steer tradeoff discussions with senior business leaders

• Comfortable with ambiguity and is not afraid of getting into details

• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skill

Nice to have experience:

• Finance business partnering experience in MNC
