Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing operational elements of the warehouse including but not limited to unloading freight accurate receiving putaway consolidation labeling organizing picking packing shipping loading returns retail fulfillment.
• Contribute to keeping all workspaces common areas and outdoor premises clean and sanitary.
• Ensure worldclass inventory control and order fulfillment accuracy assembly and packaging.
• Building skateboards and gripping skateboard decks with expertlevel precision.
• Contribute to a safe work environment for all employees by complying with all company and government safety standards protocols and procedures.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Other departmental projects as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of skateboard snowboard and lifestyle product knowledge preferred.
• Relevant warehouse experience with an emphasis on inventory management and shipping is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
• While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to bend squat reach stand sit talk move about hear and speak.
• Must be able to lift up to 4070lbs at times with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work around elevated noise levels.
• Ability to operate machinery and tools safely.
• Ability to work in a partially climatecontrolled warehouse environment.
• Requires activities involving being around moving machinery exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity and exposure to dust.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
• Able to perform physical demands including but not limited to: bending sitting standing lifting and potentially driving.
