Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Proactively engage with clients to build relationships address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Team Management & Quality Control: Lead and monitor service teams to deliver exceptional quality and exceed client expectations.
  • Sales Growth: Identify enhancement opportunities and drive sales on existing properties.
  • Training & Development: Coach and train team members to meet quality and efficiency goals while fostering a culture of growth and appreciation.
  • Employee Development: Invest in the growth of service personnel through training and mentorship ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Cultural Leadership: Create a positive environment where both clients and team members feel valued and respected.

Qualifications

  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (preemployment screening required).
  • High school diploma or GED (customerfacing experience preferred).
  • 25 years of experience with a professional landscape service company.
  • Knowledge of southern climate horticultural practices and highlevel property maintenance (preferred).
  • A positive engaging personality with a passion for hitting goals and exceeding expectations.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
