Pay: ICF Certified Nursing Assistant$19.75$22.25 per hour! (Depending on related experience)
Signon Bonus for Eligible OPWDD IRA/ICF Direct Care Positions
Full time positions are now eligible for a $1500 or $2000 signon bonus $375/$500 every 3 months for one year. Part time positions are now eligible for a $1000 signon bonus $250 every 3 months for one year. New hires and rehires are eligible for this signon bonus. ELIGIBLE POSITIONS: ICF Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Residence Counselor)

You will work in a small homelike environment with 1012 beds where ratios are a max 1 to 4 typically 1 to 2.

Nature of Work:
The ICF Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for assisting the individuals with activities of daily living including personal hygiene care range of motion repositioning ambulation dining assisting with behavioral needs medication administration and overall health and wellbeing of the Individual.
The Certified Nursing Assistant meets regularly with the Shift Supervisor QIDP Residence Manager RN and confers with other members of the consumers Service Planning Team to ensure services are appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Completion of and graduation from Certified Nursing Assistants Certificate program and it is also required to maintain adequate licensure and training for Certified Nursing Assistants position.
- High School diploma or GED is preferred. Verbal and written communication skills are necessary in order to perform the essential functions of the position.
- Prefer at least one year of experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities or related field of experience.
- A valid drivers license with driving record that meets insurability guidelines to operate Agencyowned vehicles.
If not certified preference will go to CNA certified applicants noncertified successful candidates will be subject to ICF Residence Counselor PAY.
Pay: ICF Residence Counselor$18.50$21.00 per hour! (Depending on related experience) shifts worked during 10:00 pm6:00 am receive an additional $2.00/hour
