Job Title: Freelance Trainer CTAL-TA v4.0 (Test Analyst Advanced Level)
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver structured training based on the CTAL-TA v4.0 syllabus
Teach advanced test design techniques including data-based behavior-based and experience-based testing
Guide learners through risk-based testing test analysis and test design
Facilitate sessions on usability compatibility and flexibility testing
Provide exam preparation case studies and post-training support
Required Skills & Expertise:
Strong knowledge of functional testing black-box techniques and test documentation
Experience with test quality characteristics and defect prevention practices
Familiarity with ISTQB CTFL v4.0 and CTAL-TA v4.0 frameworks
Excellent communication and virtual facilitation skills
Prior experience in delivering ISTQB-aligned training programs
Preferred:
ISTQB CTAL-TA v4.0 Certified
Experience mentoring QA teams and test analysts
Exposure to Agile DevOps and modern SDLC practices
