Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Title: Freelance Trainer Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) v4.0
Mode: Remote
Required: 10 Years
Duration: Project Base
Start Date: Immediate


Overview: We are seeking a seasoned freelance trainer to deliver ISTQB CTFL v4.0 training. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in software testing principles and hands-on experience across SDLC models with a strong ability to engage learners and prepare them for certification.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of CTFL v4.0 syllabus and ISTQB certification standards

  • Expertise in testing fundamentals test techniques test management and tool support

  • Ability to explain black-box white-box and experience-based testing approaches

  • Strong facilitation skills with experience in virtual instructor-led training

  • Provide real-world examples case studies and exam preparation guidance

  • Deliver interactive sessions with assessments and feedback


Preferred:

  • ISTQB Certified (CTFL & Advanced Levels)

  • Experience mentoring or coaching QA teams

  • Familiarity with Agile DevOps and Continuous Testing practices
