Primary Responsibilities
Candidate will support advanced technology radar programs including the development and maintenance of the continuous development pipeline in GitLab bug fixes in C code and interfacing with lab IT to ensure the development toolchain is in good working order.
In this role you will work closely with a highly collaborative development team primarily in a lab environment. Two separate CI/CD pipelines must be maintained: one in a cloud environment and one in a lab environment.
Basic Qualifications
Must possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree from an ABETaccredited school plus 24 years of experience in software development or masters degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree from an ABETaccredited school and less than plus have 2 years of experience in software development with a strong demonstration of the skills listed below.
Must have good communication skills for working in a highly collaborative lab environment and interfacing with lab IT.
Excellent teamwork skills and possess and show good fundamentals in the following:
- GitLab CI/CD Pipelines
- Gcc
- Python
- Bash
- Linux
- Modern C development
- Unit Test development
- Must be a US Citizen and possess and maintain an active Final Secret Clearance.
- Must be a resident of Huntsville AL or willing to relocate to the Huntsville AL area.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidate with additional skills in the following are a plus:
- Jira
- SCONS
- Google unit test
- Gcov
- Lcov
- LaTeX
- Experience with agile story estimation and agile iterations work cadence
- Previous military experience

Pay Range $67600.00 $122200.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
