Benevity is looking for a Software Developer in Test (SDT) with a specialization in Performance Testing to join our team. As a key player in our quality strategy you will be responsible for ensuring our Saas platform can scale to meet peak demand especially during our busy season. Youll leverage your strong coding skills and deep understanding of performance testing methodologies to enhance the reliability performance and scalability of our web-based products and APls. Youll design develop and maintain automated performance test suites ensuring seamless integration into our Cl/CD pipelines. A champion of best practices in performance engineering youll collaborate closely with developers and QA to drive performance optimizations proactively identify bottlenecks and ensure our services can keep up with the required transactions per second (tps).
