This is a remote position.
We re working with a fastgrowing leader in cyber security space on the hunt for an Events Manager EMEA who lives and breathes customer experience.
This role is all about building relationships creating memorable events and running programmes that turn customers into champions. If youre someone who loves planning executing and seeing the impact of your work this could be a good fit for you
What youll be doing:
Own the strategy and of customerfacing events across EMEA
Build strong longterm customer relationships
Identify and spotlight customer advocates for webinars videos panels and more
Create thoughtful programmes that engage customers from onboarding onwards
Run initiatives like advisory boards webinars and customer reference programmes
Work with sales and marketing teams to source reviews and testimonials
What we re looking for:
3 years of customer marketing or events experience in B2B tech (cybersecurity bonus points)
Experience planning and running events across EMEA
High attention to detail and strong project management skills
Creative mindset you ve brought original ideas or events to life
Confident working remotely but also happy to travel for events (mainly EMEA)
Extra languages Even better!
This is a remote role but you should be UKbased with the ability to pop into the office a few times a month.
