Job Description

Maintains all inventory records files and reports.
Responsible for overseeing/assisting in the maintenance and troubleshooting of the inventory control system as well as assisting in the training of Team Members on systems as necessary.
Maintains the inventory system on a daily basis with weekly cycle count and monthly inventories which may require some weekend day shifts.
Responsible for all physical inventory counts on a weekly/monthly basis and enters the counts into inventory control system in a timely fashion Responsible for all requisition invoice matching and processing.
Assists in maintaining the inventory requisitions.
Track all inventory returns and credit memo reconciliation.
Reviews the accuracy of the monthly journal entries and posts the entries into the general ledger system. Reconciles all general ledger accounts related to Inventory Control.
Investigates all inventory variances and reports all variances to the head of the appropriate department.
Ensure the accuracy integrity and continuous improvement of all databases spreadsheets and reports
Responsible for overseeing/assisting in the data entry of incoming deliveries to include but not be limited to food and beverage retail and any other items incorporated into the inventory control system in a timely fashion in accordance with company internal controls.
Maintains and implements new procedures for proper control and loss prevention of inventoried items.
Works as a liaison between Accounting and Warehouse/Receiving Operations to insure that internal controls are adequate and maintain the accuracy of reporting in a timely fashion in accordance with company internal controls.
Must be able to respond calmly in crisis and stressful situations
Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the companys internal controls policies and procedures.
Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
Regular attendance as scheduled for work is required.
Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours holidays and weekends.
Other duties may be assigned at any time.
