Wilson College is seeking a passionate dynamic and dedicated individual to join our athletics team as a parttime Assistant Womens Basketball Coach.
In this role you will support the Head Coach in all aspects of running a successful womens basketball program. This includes ensuring compliance with Wilson College United East Conference and NCAA Division III rules and regulations.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Assisting with the recruitment of academically and athletically talented studentathletes
Mentoring and supporting studentathlete development on and off the court
Helping to design and implement effective practice plans and game strategies
Supporting administrative duties and fiscal management for the program
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about collegiate athletics and committed to fostering a positive and competitive team culture.
Bachelors degree and playing and/or coaching experience required preferably at the collegiate level. Valid drivers license and background check clearance required.
