Position Summary
As a Reporting Analyst at LCPtracker you will collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to define reporting requirements. Utilizing your expertise in SQL and SSRS you will design and develop datadriven solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining standardized and customized reports ensuring data integrity and performing advanced technical and analytical tasks.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to gather and understand reporting requirements.
- Develop modify test and maintain standard and custom reports using Microsoft TSQL and SSRS.
- Extract filter and aggregate data using logical queries and SSRS functionalities.
- Ensure high data quality through regular quality checks.
- Perform specific tasks or special projects as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and use discretion when handling sensitive information.

Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science information technology data science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of experience with MS SQL Server SSMS and SSRS reporting tools.
- Adept at queries report writing and presenting findings.
- Ability to comprehend analyze and compile technical statistical and informational data into comprehensive reports.
- Proficient in business writing and composition with a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced multitasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines.
- Detailoriented with excellent time management skills capable of effectively prioritizing and organizing workload.
- Experience working in Scrum teams with a deep understanding of Agile methodology.
- Scrum certifications are a plus.
Work Environment
This position performs its duties from our Orange California office. This position operates in a professional office environment and role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones mobile devices photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Requirements
While performing the functions of this job the employee is regularly required to sit; frequently required to talk and hear use hands and fingers to type scroll and use computer equipment. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection of text/data in both print and electronic forms.
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a fulltime nonexempt position reporting to our Orange California office MF 8am 5pm. Days/hours worked are dependent on the workload at the time. General availability and presence in the office is expected during regular business hours MondayFriday. However some flexibility is allowed. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
There is no major travel requirement for this position. However infrequent travel may be necessary to visit remote office(s) attend conferences/industry events etc. Attendance at our corporate Staff Retreat is required. This event is a 23day retreat. Attendance at our annual User Conference as assigned.
Salary Range
Expected Compensation
$31.00 to $33.00 per hour benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
