Job Description
Client
An existing ICG client is looking for several senior program manager/director level roles to lead substantial streams of work in a merger integration program.
Role
The successful accredited professional will be accountable for structuring and managing and leading one of a small number of major focused streams of work which have been blueprinted at only a high level.
Senior Program Stream Lead:
- The successful professional will have deep experience in project management and change management and managing senior client executive interfaces. They will have a demonstrated track record of successfully managing largescale programs.
Ideally the accredited professional will have:
- Significant experience 5 years) as a management consultant orindustryfocusedprogram manager or program director experience
- Ability to manage across complex multiSBU businesses within avery large retail banking environment
- Financial Services experience (a must)
- Merger integration program experience (a must)
- Technology and core banking platform integration experience preferred
Logistics
Start date:Starting immediatelyDuration:initial 69 month period
Location:Australianbased client working virtually. Some face time will be required and travel expenses will be preapproved with the client.
Rate:Final amount to be negotiated with the client however depending on level of experience and seniority the daily net rate range to the professional will be $1750 to $2000 depending on seniority and experience
Close date:No later thanMonday3rd April2023 12noon AEST
APTs must be lodged within 48 hours.We will review all APTs and select the best 3 for the client. The client will then conduct interviews.
Please note that the net rate quoted is an ICG Affiliate rates available for ICG Members previously agreed and documented rates for candidates introduced to ICG via approved 3rd parties will be honoured.
