You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a strategic and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to act as a trusted advisor to our business and a key support for Delivery in Europe.
This role requires more than just seniority it requires business acumen the ability to influence senior stakeholders and a consultative mindset.
Responsibilities
Stakeholder Partnership & Strategic Advisory
Act as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders understanding their goals and aligning hiring strategies accordingly.
Lead discussions with leadership to influence workforce planning and hiring priorities.
Provide market insights data-backed recommendations and best practices to refine hiring approaches.
Represent TA in strategic conversations and ensure alignment with business direction.
Operational Autonomy
Independently own complex recruitment projects from briefing to offer stage.
Ensure high standards in candidate experience and compliance.
Step in as a point of escalation and decision-making in the absence of the regional TA lead if needed.
Process & Continuous Improvement
Proactively identify areas for process improvement within TA.
Help optimize usage of the ATS and drive adoption of new tools/features.
Share market intelligence and talent trends with hiring managers and HR partners.
Qualifications :
5 years in talent acquisition with clear progression toward a consultative role.
Proven ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and influence hiring outcomes.
Experience working cross-border or in regional/global recruitment projects.
Demonstrated autonomy and ownership in complex or ambiguous situations.
Nice to Have
Exposure to workforce planning talent strategy or transformation projects.
Experience working in a matrix or high-change environment.
Comfortable acting as interim TA lead if needed.
