Job Description
Job Title: Talent Sourcer
Who You Are: A motivated and detailoriented professional ready to employ the latest sourcing methods to find top talent. You are assertive and proactive comfortable with technology and driven by the challenge of filling critical roles within a fastpaced environment.
The Opportunity: As a Talent Sourcer at you will be instrumental in identifying evaluating and engaging prospects to meet our diverse hiring needs. You will work closely with our recruiting team to develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with our company goals.
What Youll Do:
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and the latest sourcing methods to discover qualified candidates.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract highquality candidates.
- Track and analyze sourcing activities and results to refine approaches.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team and crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and tailor sourcing plans accordingly.
MustHaves in a Candidate:
- 3 years of experience in Talent Sourcing or Recruiting.
- Extensive knowledge of recruiting techniques job boards social media and other recruiting technologies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced proficiency in English (C2/Native level).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with specific industry tools (please specify if any particular tools are used).
Details: This is an hourly position between $4.50 $7.50 an hour based on experience. You must be able to work 30 hours a week during a 95am EST shift.
