What Youll Do in This Role
As a Legal BackOffice Advisor you will:

Ensure transport operators are upholding passengers rights.

Understand customer needs and provide effective legal claim followup.

Collaborate with various stakeholders including lawyers legal officers and national enforcement bodies to evaluate and manage legal claims.
Your Qualifications
We could be a perfect fit if you:

Are fluent in German and English (B2 level).

Have strong communication skills.
-
Have experience in customer service or in tourism/travel is a plus.

Are proactive selfmotivated and enjoy working collaboratively with a team.
