About the Role:

Sunbytes is looking for a fulltime HR Services Manager with a passion for customer intimacy team leadership and process optimization. This role will play a crucial part in delivering tailored HR services including EoR payroll recruitment compliance and employee management to both local and international clients. You will act as the key point of contact for clients manage a highperforming HR team and help us meet our mission of offering sustainable Tech and HR solutions.

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact and escalation point for HR services matters. Build trusted client partnerships deliver tailored HR solutions and lead regular checkins to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • HR Operations Oversight: Lead endtoend delivery of services such as EoR payroll recruitment compliance and employee management. Ensure accuracy efficiency and timely supported by modern HR technologies and measurable KPIs.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Inspire mentor and manage a team of HR professionals. Promote leadership growth provide essential resources and training and track performance through regular reviews.
  • Process & Quality Improvement: Continuously optimize workflows through audits and innovation. Implement industry best practices maintain compliance and elevate service standards.
  • Support for Growth Initiatives: Partner with business development to onboard new clients provide HR insights during sales processes identify growth opportunities and represent Sunbytes in the FDI community.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Take on tasks assigned by the General Director to support broader strategic goals.

Requirements

Technical skills

  • Bachelor s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 5 7 years of experience in HR with at least 2 years in a leadership and clientfacing role.
  • Prior experience in an HR services company or consultancy is highly valued.
  • Deep understanding of HR systems compliance and technologies (HRIS ATS).
  • Proven track record in HR process improvement service delivery and data management.
  • Demonstrated project management and change leadership capabilities.

  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective communicator especially in multicultural and crossfunctional environments.
