Responsibilities

At CooperSurgical we are currently looking to recruit a Senior Supervisor Warehousing for our Warehouse and logistic in Falmouth United Kingdom. You will have 56 direct reports shared between temporary and permanent employees all working onsite 4 days a week. This role reports to the Director of Manufacturing.
The job is onsite and one must be eligible to work in UK and speak/write fluent English.

Position
In the role as Sr. Supervisor you are responsible for the planning guidance and support of the Warehouse and Logistics team. The primary function of the role is to organize the logistics team to facilitate the efficient processing of works order picks stock location logistics transactions and stock taking of inventory. You will be a productive member of the team and as such should be competent and efficient in all the functional area processes.
One will work closely with the regional supply chain team QA H & S responsible and assist with correct incident reporting training and potential feedback to direct manager. There will be several different administrative tasks in the role hence we need a person that can multitask and at the same time be accurate and detailed.
As a leader your management style is open honest and goal driven being a supervisor at CooperSurgical its important to practice CSI values and be a role model while having a positive and proactive attitude and behavior.
Your key responsibilities
Manage and Lead the Daily operations in Warehouse and logistic team
Follow up and correct irregularities in processes and behaviors
Set realistic and visible goals for the team
Overall Stock level and reporting
Drive lean processes
Optimize space limitations
Qualifications
Your Qualifications
Relevant degree in logistics or production
4years as Supervisor or Teamlead in warehouse or production
Worked in an International setup
Wellversed in MSOffice and other relevant systems such as ERP (preferably Navision) and basic Excel skills
Collaborative with a structured approach.
Eye for detail.
Proactive and solution focused.
Fluent in written and spoken English
