Overview of the Role:
Join a dynamic healthcare environment as a Biomedical Equipment Engineering Supervisor where youll lead biomedical equipment operations and drive technological excellence. This pivotal role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities ensuring critical medical equipment operates at peak performance to support patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee biomedical equipment services including vendor management and regulatory compliance
- Lead and develop a team of biomedical technicians and professionals
- Coordinate preventative maintenance scheduling and project management
- Manage operations client relations and supervise engineering staff
- Ensure continuous high-level service delivery to staff vendors and clients
- Maintain customer satisfaction and public relations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years management experience and facilities/biomedical experience
- Expertise with Hamilton Vyaire Getinge Phillips equipment (Ventilators Telemetry Patient Monitors)
- Experience in Critical Care ER OR Lab and GI equipment servicing
- Microsoft Excel proficiency and data management experience
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Hospital or healthcare setting experience
