Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot issues respond to alerts and implement solutions that enhance our network operations. If you have a strong technical background excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for maintaining highquality network services we invite you to apply and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional connectivity and support to our organization.
- Solving escalating and tracking of system incidents according to the defined Service Levels
- Analyzing assessing and investigating alerts warnings and errors generated by the corporate IT systems applications and infrastructure components and issued by users
- Performing operational tasks connected with corporate IT infrastructure (Remote Infrastructure Management)
- Cooperation with other support teams within entire organization
- Buildingup and contributing to Knowledge Base
Qualifications :
- Primary support for WAN LAN WiFi issues
- Familiarity with IT Network basic topics
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Proficiency in English language
- Good communication skills
- Team player (international environment)
- Stressresistance
- Willingness to learn
