Join Our Team at Incom West!
Located in Vancouver WA were a cuttingedge polymer fiber optics production facility pushing the boundaries of light and image transmission. Were looking for an energetic Manufacturing Technician to join our 2nd shift 2pm10:30pm) assembly team. No experience No problem! Well train you.
What Youll Do:
- Set up and finetune fiber optic drawing machines
- Assemble polymer subassemblies and finished products
- Record production data and enter it into the system
- Help with engineering trials and process improvements
- Follow SOPs and suggest updates with the team
- Input machine parameters into data programs
- Help troubleshoot issues during production
You Bring:
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Stable work history required
- Related experience given preference
- A teamfirst attitude and willingness to learn
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly 70 lbs occasionally)
- Reliable transportation and onsite availability
- No direct experience required just eagerness to grow!
Bonus Skills: Love science optics or polymers Even better!

- Pay range: $20.90 $24.03 (includes 10 shift differential)
