Are you ready to take your future to new heights We are thrilled to invite you to Prudentials BRG Student Summit Series a unique opportunity to dive deep into our organization and explore the possibilities we offer!
In collaboration with our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) we are hosting a dynamic virtual event designed to provide you with an opportunity to learn more about our organization insightful discussions with our BRGs detailed information about our Summer Internship Program and an exploration of diverse career paths at Prudential and PGIM.
You will be asked to choose your top 2 BRG preferences for the summit. As you prepare to select your BRGs we encourage you to learn more about each group by clicking here.
Required Qualifications:
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelors program graduating between December 2026 and May 2028
Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
All majors are welcome to apply!
Please note: Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration
Application Process:
You will be asked to choose your top 2 BRG preferences for the summit.
Based on availability you will be placed in either your first or second choice.

Friday May 16th Asian Pacific Islander American Association (APA) Summit
Thursday May 22nd PRIDE Student Summit
Friday May 23rd Generations Summit
